As a craft baker I was driven by a desire to create something truly unique - a taste, a look, an experience - KEGZ was born. Sophisticated. Smooth. Naughty but Nice. After months of delicious experiments (and a few glorious failures), the first KEGZ emerged: A sponge cake, cloaked in rich chocolate, infused with premium spirits, and dusted with edible gold.
That was just the beginning.
I have ideas for many more Flavours, Textures and Sensations.
